Sunrise Childcare Centre exists to provide a safe, developmentally, inclusive environment for 12 Months – 6 years children. Our focus is to provide a stimulating early learning and childcare experience which promotes each child’s social/emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Our goal is to support and nurture the children’s and our own natural desire to be life-long learners. We are committed to the families we serve, providing support and encouragement.
Our success is based on your child’s success. I am fully committed to this job and will work collaboratively with my staff to ensure each family and child has a positive early childhood educational experience here in Sunrise Childcare Center. I believe in open communication, and I always leave my door open for you.

We aim to provide a safe environment to children where they feel respected and involved. When children feel belonging in the environment and rise with the objective, eventually they feel confident enough to make their own decisions and learn to act independently.
Our high-quality Educational Programs cater to each child’s developmental needs. They are designed by experienced educators and Early Childhood professionals and are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework.
Sunrise Childcare has created a list of different extracurricular activities – offered in our centre at no extra cost – that complement academic learning to guide children to become well-rounded individuals that includes but not limited to- Drawing, Painting, Dancing, Language Classes, Drama Clubs, March Bands, Orchestra and many more.
Our childcare center consistently offers programs with a high level of health and safety protocol that considers every aspect of each child’s physical and emotional well-being.
We provide higher educator-to-child ratios by always having additional staff available. This allows us to respond flexibly to the needs of each child and increase ratios when needed.
Offering five nutritious meals daily, our childcare in Edmonton also encourages positive mealtime experiences to promote your child’s health and well-being.
We provide all-inclusive childcare in Edmonton, which includes all meals, nappies, bedding, and much more, meaning you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Our childcare facility is conveniently located in the heart of Edmonton Whyte Avenue. Sunrise Childcare is easily accessible via public transport and is close to Downtown. We also offer convenient and easily accessible car parking and drop-off for our families. We also have a Childcare Van to pick up and drop off for nearby Whyte Ave Locations.
Family involvement is essential in providing the best care and education in early childhood. This is why our team actively seeks family feedback and involvement in our childcare in Edmonton.

Sunrise Child Care is an inclusive childcare program, providing responsive childcare based on holistic play-based goals. For best practice purpose implements Flight Alberta Early Learning and Care Framework curriculum and the program philosophy and practices are connected to the Principles and Matters to be Considered stated in the Early Learning and Childcare Act.
Sunrise is committed to accommodating children starting at a very young age (2 months old and up to 6 years) regardless of intellectual, emotional, linguistic, religious, or other differences and conditions in a facility that promotes learning together for mutual benefit for all. As a multicultural center, we recognize and respect differences among all learners. We welcome and celebrate diversity and we are ready to face challenges to grow and develop together into valuable members of the community. To achieve these goals, we provide children with engaging, meaningful, and intentionally planned activities and learning opportunities as well as a diverse range of toys and equipment for free and organized play.

At Sunrise the staffs kindness and warm vibe stats at the top. The Father and daughter Owner, Manager team are extremely welcoming and approachable . They make you feel like they care about your and your kids needs from minute one . They show compassion understanding, care and concern for both the child and the parent and there intentions are as good and pure as you'll find today. Allthough Im sure Sunrise Learning like any business has a goal to make money, in my opinion it's not run with solely profit driven mindsets or principals. The children's quality of care is priority.
After 4 terrible daycares on different parts of the City our son started attending Sunrise over 3 years ago. Wow what a difference. There caring, friendly, understanding and look at you and your child as much more then money.
